Jonathan Lang:

Jonathan
is an expert in science and technology transition. In roles as founder
and CEO of RGB Technology and Optical Sensors and Switches, Jonathan
effectively moved ideas from the drawing board to the marketplace. As a
business advisor and lecturer Jonathan has assisted other entrepreneurs
as well as Federal government entities including DARPA and Office of
Naval Research in successfully launching products in both the
commercial and government arenas. His previous experience included
systems management at Chase Manhattan Bank. Jonathan has an MBA from
Wharton.

John, Founding Chairman and CEO of Napster, has been a pioneer in Internet Technologies for over 15 years. In addition to his work with Napster on the distributed aggregation of content, he has introduced such net-related innovations as client-server game play, audio chat, and auto-upgrading/authentication. Since 1994, he has founded numerous successful Internet ventures, including Napster, NetGames, NetMovies, and NetCapital. John attended Boston College, and has a background in Finance from his work at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA. |

has solid credentials in brand building and marketing. Formerly head of
marketing of Nike, Inc in the early growth years, he has also served as
President of Brooks Athletic Shoes, General Manager of Reebok North
America and CEO of Summit International. A strong believer in the
economic efficiencies of grass roots viral marketing for incubation
companies in acquiring market share, Tom has helped Napster.com,
SportsID.com and currently is advising NetCapital portfolio companies
in positioning their brands and stretching the impact of their
investment in marketing in non-traditional avenues.

Robert Millet:

Robert Millet has over fifteen years experience in senior marketing, licensing, distribution and management within the technology and entertainment industries. Mr. Millet is currently the senior managing director of business development and marketing of Newport Digital Technologies a technology company encompassing hardware and software solutions and applications within in the area of RFID, Wimax, E-learning, digital signage and video surveillance. Mr. Millet was one of the founders of a video game company, FutureXMedia which developed an on-line video games platform with licensing content from Activision, Electronic Arts, Vivendi Games and Ubisoft. Mr. Millet developed an Original Equipment Manufacturing
(OEM) licensing company and working with several venture backed companies and channel partners such as Conexant, HP, Intel, IBM, AT&T, Microsoft, Apple and Qualcomm, etc. to distribute and market technology applications and products. Mr. Millet worked for Conexant in Newport Beach, CA and developed marketing and distribution strategies creating chip sets designed and manufactured by Conexant to OEM partners including HP and Fujitsu. Mr.Millet managed over 100 licensing agreements on behalf of Conexant and its partners and suppliers. Mr. Millet was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Hanson & Schwam, a Beverly Hills public relations and marketing firm. He was instrumental in creating the initial public offering (IPO) for Mainframe Entertainment, a Vancouver based Animation Company where he developed a TV show and ancillary consumer products with Hasbro called BeastWars based on the toy line Transformers. He was one of the founders in launching Computer Television Network (CTVN); a 24 hour cable television network |
